  I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience as a tenant. From day one, the home I rented had a severe cockroach infestation that clearly existed before I moved in. I repeatedly reported it, and it made the home uninhabitable, unsafe, and a serious health concern. Under Texas Property Code §92.056, landlords are required to provide a habitable residence — yet the issue was never resolved. Instead of taking responsibility for renting out a home in this condition, Progress Residential is now trying to charge me $3,550 in “early termination fees.” This is completely unacceptable. I am not breaking the lease because I “changed my mind.” I am leaving because the unit is not livable, and I have the documentation, photos, and emails to prove it. No tenant should be forced to stay in an infested home or punished financially for protecting their health. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and always shifts blame back to the resident. Rather than fixing the problem they caused, they try to nickel-and-dime tenants with fees that should NOT apply in situations involving habitability violations. If you are considering renting from Progress Residential, save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. They do not take responsibility for unsafe living conditions, and they will still attempt to charge you thousands of dollars to leave a situation they created. Renters deserve better than this.

  La verdad me ha ido bien, llevamos casi 3 meses viviendo en una de sus propiedades y hasta ahora no hay cargos ocultos, ni ningún problema. La zona es tranquila y la casa muy Bonita.

  PEOPLE LISTEN TO ME.....!!!! Let me start off by say WOOOWW! 💯💯💯💯what an amazing company to rent from!!! Listen i only been with progress residential for 4mos now,,from the time of searching for the right home wich i actually chose 3 applied for all three finally moved in the 3rd one wich is an amazing property as the other two but wait....listen when i spoke with the one Reps she was so detail..she said sir give me some details of an area school district etc. Because progress has homes everywhere. Once i told her exactally what i needed,,,let me say,,, i am in the perfect home and the perfect area,,,with a brillant school for my daughters. Maintenance, move in specialist make you feel so comfortable, and so important i felt like this investment was worth speaking on.. but wait theres more. ANY ISSUES??? i had i made one phone call and it was handled. Let me say mine was a financial one at the time..once i was off the phone,,i was allll smiles in confidence.. i truly believe and yall will too that PROGRESS RESIDENTIAL is thee best in the country.💪🏾

  I wouldn't dare rent from them again. They try to make you pay for things that were damaged when you rented from them. They try to find reasons not to give you your deposit back. Also, I am still waiting on my deposit that they said they would pay me going on 3 months. These people are a joke and very unprofessional. The only reason I gave the 1 star is because it would not let me post if I didn't at least give them a star. My opinion is that they don't deserve any stars.

  DO NOT RENT with progress you will be disappointed. I rented the house on 7329 Kimble Dr, Indianapolis IN. All they painted and caulked over mold, crack and hole. Couple months after I moved in, the paint smell was gone and the whole house smells like mold. There is crack and hole inside and outside the house. Your can hear animals in the addict (birds, mice, spiders, bugs ..) and they come in the house through all the crack and hole. Maintenance told me he can't do much about it and when it comes to rental house, the renter are responsible for fixing the house. CRAZY!
