They promised me they would deliver everything clean. They try to charge you for maintenance or repair services and then don't fix them. Just yesterday they came to do another inspection of the fire alarms, which they try to do every weekend, and they stole my personal belongings. (There is no privacy.)

I tried to cancel my property management agreement, but they kept delaying the process and insisted that I speak with different people each time, clearly to drag things out so they could keep charging fees. Even after I canceled, they sent a gardener to my property without my permission. The house was vacant the entire time, the listing had already been removed, and the management agreement was terminated—yet they still charged me a management fee, claiming they “worked.” What work? The property was vacant and not even listed. They also falsely claimed they would respond to inquiries instantly using some “advanced system,” but when I messaged them on Facebook, there was no response at all. I had to repeatedly point out mistakes in their listing myself. It feels like they’re paid a salary rather than commission, because they clearly don’t care about your property. Instead, they pile on unreasonable and unnecessary fees. I canceled months ago, in Sept and they are still sending me solicitation emails now Jan 2026, which feels like harassment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.
