  I have been renting for years and I have never experience poor service to say the least. Its been almost a month and every time "The home is no longer available, please check updated list and select another property" it went on and on. I would have to keep sending documentation that I had already uploaded and provided when applying, then I would send it again via email and it was always "I do not have it" I became so fed up that I start resending the same email thread to show how many times it was sent. I even screenshotted the emails as well. The communication was very poor along with work ethics. Then it went to we need to verify with your current landlord before processing application to tell me if I am even approved. My God I just told my current landlord do not even bother responding at this point after all this. I found a new MGMT within 7 days approved (11/10) and move in date confirmed and just today (11/17) they received landlord verification, but I was already approved because they processed to let me know and didn't waste my money at least while waiting for current landlord. I just couldn't understand why this company works they way they do, it gave me many concerns, stressed me out and discouraged to the point I didn't bother to continue. After reading some of these reviews I am glad I did not proceed, found somewhere else, even though I lost my money that was never used to do anything.

  I’ve been at my home now for 17 years and I love the location. I just wish I could get some things done which I am going to contact maintenance for that. John Perez is a wonderful man. He helps me out any chance that he can, he’s very understanding and works with me through the boss so I am always grateful to him and your company for giving me a chance when I need it which is most the time so I just wanna thank you all for that and God bless you all. Especially John Perez

  Maddie is wonderful! Every time we call she is courteous and friendly. We have had maintenance out a couple times and they are so nice! They are efficient and polite, clean and thorough.

  Do not rent here scam how can you charge somebody for a property? That’s not theirs to prepare for the next person that’s not part of my contract. You need to send me my deposit back. Why did you not try to collect your money in court? You dismissed the case

  PMI has been incredible to work with while managing my client’s property. They’ve been professional and affordable for my clients. From an agent standpoint, they have also been excellent with communication. We recently just Closed on a property that has tenants and that can sometimes be stressful, but PMI made the process so much smoother by being accommodating and helping with tenant coordination. I highly recommend them! Kristin and Jenny specifically have been fantastic .
