  Talk about Going Above & Beyond. With the recent Indy snowstorm and clearing the street my carport got blocked in by mounds of snow. Called the office and the Asst. Manager Ms. Kayla came and shoveled me out “Her”Self!! That’s putting your residents FIRST!

  Worst maintenance I've ever seen. I don't personally live here but I visit my mother frequently to help take care of her. The maintenance doesn't ever do their job. She's not going to keep the dog locked in a single room for 12 hours when no one ever shows up anyway. And if they do, they're scared of an innocent corgi and refuse to enter, and then call the work order complete after refusing to step foot into the apartment. Ts to the point where she is dealing with broken shit in the apartment because no one here does their job, its actually insane. Cars are broken into at least once every 2 to 3 months, including my work van when I stopped by one night. She's been here for 10 years and the front door to the building has BARELY ever worked. Instead of fixing it, they put up key fob scanners and charged their residents $50 a key instead of fixing the issue. $1500 for these kinds of conditions is absolutely inhumane and not even close to being worth it. Two bed, three bed, none of them are worth it. How disappointing this complex has grown to be. Noblesville has plenty of better options that are safer, quieter and believe it or not, cheaper.

  I absolutely adore the staff here at Lighthouse Landings. Kathy, Kayla, and Erin are so kind, communicative, and helpful. I know I can always turn to any of them for any help I need, a smile, and a fun and positive interaction. I have lived here for 3 years now and any time I have ever needed anything, Kathy and Erin have always been quick to help in any way they can. Since Kayla had started here too, she has been so kind and helpful. All community events are so much fun and enjoyable. I genuinely just love the staff here so much and am so grateful to live here.

  Lived here for 4 years and loved the location . Great experience and excellent maintenance. I would recommend this place to anyone.
