- JHJason HagueFeb 17, 20265.055 and over mobile home community. MUST PURCHASE , NO RENTERS , so its quiet ,safe and people take care of things . Park has lots of rules , and doesn't tolerate any bad manners . Great place to live, far Westside , Clermont area.....
- MCMr. CollinsSep 25, 20211.0I was profiled and discriminated against to the extent of my vehicle nor I was allowed on the property! I was in the middle of moving someone and had a load on my truck. I have to stop in there to help my poor old grand parents with grass cutting,trash and groceries that sort of thing almost on a daily! But my truck was piled with junk as they put it, but it wasn't it was my buddies personal belongings from his garage! Like I said I was helping him move and it was almost done except for the garage and outside furniture and such! My grandparents are scared to death to do anything due to the extreme monopoly they have on the tenets! U have to sell them your home if you want to move from there at fraction of what you paid them for it, can't build or have your own carport,driveway,porch or shed you have to have them do it for a lot more then some of the estimates I had gotten! Company has to park at the office where there's a looks like a used car lot to me and its always the same vehicles but its not for tenets spare vehicles they say unless u work for them or snitch on other tenets for a spot...BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!!
