  if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they have lots of people living here yet our laundry building only have 2 working washers and 3 working dryers. and its been like this since i've moved in over a year ago. maintenance only comes when you make an emergency call, and the main building has no one inside to run the office/help the people who live here. the "new renovated" apartments are literally just topped with a white paint that is splotchy with drips and cracks, doors fall off the hinges, and our ac unit has broke over 6 times over the summer.

  THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL YOUR VEHICLE IN THIS APARTMENT, LIKE THEY TRIED TO DO MINE, IF THEY CANT THEY WILL VANDALIZE IT, and nothing will be done about it. There is NO SECURITY. If someone gets SHOT or your property gets stolen or vandalized, YOU WILL NEVER FIND CLOSURE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO D.A.M,N SURVELLANCE CAMERA, YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHO DID IT, LET THAT SINK IN. Men will try to force themselves into your apartment IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. They tell you NO deposit but they charge you $19 monthly that is none refundable and will not be used to fix minor wear and tear when you moveout , rather you will be charged $450 for cleaning. They LIE and never keep to their words, make sure you have everything in writing if you currently live here. ROACH,RAT,ROACH,RAT,ROACH,RAT,ROACH,ROACH,RAT. I HAD TO THROW AWAY ALMOST EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF ROACHES. YOU AND YOUR KIDS MAY FALL SICK FROM FOOD POISIONING FROM ROACH AND RAT CRAWLING ALL OVER YOUR PANTRY , NO MATTER HOW CLEAN OR OCD YOU ARE THEY NEVER GO AWAY. LAKECAMELOT PROPERTY TEAM REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL ABOUT THE DISHONEST BILL THEY SENT TO ME, YOU WILL RESPOND IN COURT SINCE YOU WILL NOT RESPOND VIA EMAIL.

  This apartment is over priced, it is not safe , it has a roach and rat infestation. You have people hanging around and peeping through your window at night. Apartment office does not pick up when you need them. It's not a safe place to live. Go else where if you love your life.

  This apartment is trash, its rodent and roach villa. If you love the safety of yourself and yoir your property stay Way drom here. You have been warmed. They also will charge you for things they shouldn't. You want your car and property to be stolen then this place is for you, you want random people to try to come into your unit 1 am , you might like this place. Google need to add the option for 0 zero star cos thats what this place deserves
