I lived here paying $2,300 a month, and the heating system was never safe or sufficient. A licensed technician confirmed: “They’re running a 3kw system when it needs a 5kw — it’ll never heat properly.” Instead of fixing it, management retaliated when I spoke up. Now there’s a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit pending — and we’re opening this up as a class action for every tenant who’s been mistreated or overcharged while living in uninhabitable conditions. Jess has been incredibly responsive to our calls, texts, and emails—both before and after the move. We had a maintenance request on move-in day, and it was handled right away. The amenities also seem to be regularly and well-maintained. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience so far.
