- BDBrian DDec 8, 20251.0Unbooked rooms have been outsourced to One Stone Group for short-term rentals. Unfortunately, I rented through this company and had a terrible experience. The first room provided smelled strongly of smoke, had dirty counters, and wet towels left behind. The second room was even worse, with hair all over the sheets and filthy floors. The hallways throughout the property were also dirty. This complex appears to have potential, but outsourcing short-term rentals to this company is quickly degrading its quality and reputation. Do not rent here!!!! The response below is not true, you have refused responsibility and said it's not your issue.

I lived here paying $2,300 a month, and the heating system was never safe or sufficient. A licensed technician confirmed: “They’re running a 3kw system when it needs a 5kw — it’ll never heat properly.” Instead of fixing it, management retaliated when I spoke up. Now there’s a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit pending — and we’re opening this up as a class action for every tenant who’s been mistreated or overcharged while living in uninhabitable conditions. This isn’t just about me — it’s about stopping the cycle of greed and racial injustice that leaves hardworking people cold, silenced, and homeless. Jess has been incredibly responsive to our calls, texts, and emails—both before and after the move. We had a maintenance request on move-in day, and it was handled right away. The amenities also seem to be regularly and well-maintained. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience so far.
