Good location and amazing amenities - try to ignore the Air BnB that the Cardinal Group rents out and just pretend you live in a semi luxury hotel shared by some strangers at times but the need to hire more 24hr cleaning and security. Great management and helpful Jessica and Lucy work hard and will answer anything at almost any hour.

Moved here with my partner, and it was the best decision we’ve made. In total we toured over 10+ apartments, and Jess made this experience absolutely flawless and easy. Every time I bring my dog down, she always has a treat for Riley (my dog).
Located close to downtown, a block from Mass Ave, and every close, I love living here.

The management team is always helpful and responsive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The building is kept extremely clean, and maintenance is quick anytime something comes up. The location couldn’t be better, super walkable and close to downtown, Fountain Square, just a block from Mass Ave, and two blocks from Monument Circle. It makes running errands easy and meeting new people effortless. Parking is also very accessible.
There are plenty of apartment options in the area, but this truly is the best community and location in town. Thank you to Morgan, Jess, and the entire team for creating such a great living experience!

I’m disappointed in Industry. These reviews are all spot on. The team here is really good. One staff member is absolutely the best and just an amazing person.
However, employees here for Industry just don’t have the resources or authority to make improvements or address problems. If they did I sincerely think this place would be spot on.
I too, like many really liked this place when I moved in. The last 14 months have been bad with cleanliness, neighbors smoking indoors at all hours, unsecured parking, random people walking around, trash in stairwells, and individuals sleeping in common spaces. I was accused of harassment when I contacted after hours security as instructed to do so by management.
It has beaten me down. I felt forced to find another place because I complained. I found a much better place. It’s larger and amenities are better. It’s also slightly cheaper than the amount I pay.
Yes, check with fellow residents. Prices are all over the place. I’m leaving irregardless of any lease. Personal safety and health are paramount.

My fiancé and I toured Industry with Lucy. Lucy really took the time to listen to what we are looking for in a space, she took us to 3-4 different units so we could see different floor plans in person, was transparent and upfront about pricing, promotions, and any other charges we'd incur. Shortly after our visit, she followed up with a very detailed email on all the units we visited, pricing for each, and how the application process works. After submitting our application, both Jess and Lucy have been extremely communicative and kept us updated every step of the way.
