  My grandmother passed away with a large house full of stuff. My family tried clearing things out over time but we never felt we'd be able to clear it all out. A year in, we talked to Jess about an estate sale. In just a few days she had a chaotic house completely organized and staged for a sale, priced out, and posted for marketing online. We were really unsure what to expect from the sale, but we were VERY pleasantly surprised with how much was sold. The effort required to work with Flipside on our part was practically zero. They handled everything from start to finish. Could not recommend Jess and Flipside more. Such a great experience!

  Speaking as purely a shopper thats been attending their sales since day one. They (and really anyone in this line of work) put up with a lot of bs from people and often I don’t see how they do it but they always handle it so well. Sometimes I get ‘annoyed’ by how popular they and their sales are cause of the amount of people that show up 😝 but thats just shows you how good they are at what they do.

  Jess is so lovely to work with. We needed to majorly downsize ahead of an international move and I was so overwhelmed. Jess came in and took care of everything so we could focus on all the other details. I was nervous about not having antiques or particularly unique home goods, but Jess was very kind and happy to work with us. She managed everything so well even after we'd left the country. Highly recommend her services.

  Our estate sale was a big success!!! Flipside was fabulous! Jess and her crew were a pleasure to work with! They were highly organized, very knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and professional. We needed to downsize for a move and it seemed daunting to do it ourselves. We sold a lot of stuff and made way more $ than we thought we could. We are so happy we hired Flipside to take on this task.
