- MDMatthew Devaney3 days ago1.0Stayed here for 4 months. Had a ton of mold in the apartment. My wife was constantly sick. Lease break cost us 4500$. They also didn’t give us our deposit back because of water damage to the carpet caused by a faulty AC drain line and drywall that was damaged before we got there. The place should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would. 1 star is too generous. Spend the extra couple 100 bucks and rent a place far away from this complex. Also they over charge you if you’re not section 8. We were paying 1300 and some change for a one bed one bath.

- KSKunal SharmaFeb 6, 20261.0Worst experience ever. Booked an appartment tour twice. Both the time the leasing staff was gone and finally had to return back without any site visit. If the leasing staff is not willing to entertain their futurw residents, i wonder how the tenants will be treated.

The good: layout, new carpets, walls are insulated enough to block day-to-day sounds, central air for heat and cooling. The bad: dirty baseboards, uneven flooring, landlord special makes some outlets unusable, bedroom light switches aren't connected to outlets, front doors do not block ANY noise, central air intake is LOUD. The grounds are well kept, but don't expect it to be plowed the day of a snowstorm. Location is prime in terms of access to things, but not scenic, and directly next to an active train. What stands out is how fantastic maintenance is. They’re prompt and accurate with everything. The front office with Cami is also great: she’s friendly, relatable, and does everything she can to help. Many people have been here for a long time and it’s a good spot to be.
