- ARAshley Renae4 days ago1.0This is my very first apartment, and this is the WORST apartment complex. They change staff every month it seems like. Kim the “manager” is a liar and she doesn’t do her job. Very unprofessional, rude, as well as the regional manager. DO NOT and I mean DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will try to get over on something YOU DID NOT AGREE ON. Atp, I gladly will move out of here.
- CTcj thompson5 days ago1.0Straight stole my daughter's deposit. Went an entire month saying that she never paid it, all bc Jaden coded it wrong. When we asked for the deposit back, have been getting the run around (we are on week 3). Filing a complaint with the AG for fraud and theft.
- CCclaudia cardenasDec 16, 20255.0I recently moved in, and I want to highlight how responsive and professional the staff has been. As soon as I submitted a maintenance request, they came out very quickly and addressed the issue. The carpet is brand new, the maintenance team was very respectful, and the gentleman in the office was extremely kind and helpful. Overall, the service from management and maintenance has been great. However, my initial welcome was a bit uncomfortable due to an interaction with a neighbor. Her children came to my door stating that I needed to move my truck or it would be towed because I was parked in “her” spot. To avoid any tension, I moved my vehicle right away, but she remained upset, stating that I should somehow know that her car is always parked there. I parked close to my unit simply because that space was available, and I was informed that parking is first come, first serve with no assigned spots. Aside from that neighbor interaction, my experience with the property staff has been very positive so far.
