I lived at this apartment complex for only one year, and my experience was very disappointing. When we first moved in, we were given a set rental amount. However, every month there were additional fees added to our payments that were never clearly explained upfront. The costs quickly became unaffordable, and management does not hesitate to increase your total monthly charges.
There are no grace days for rent. If you do not pay on the 1st, you are immediately charged a $50 late fee. If your payment declines, they charge an additional $70 fee. There is very little flexibility or understanding shown toward residents.
After moving out, I was also charged $300 for utilities that I had already paid the previous month. This has been extremely frustrating and unfair.
Overall, my experience was negative, and I would strongly caution others to thoroughly review all fees and policies before deciding to move here.
I recall DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

My experience at Enclave was horrible within the first four months my hot water heater went out every other week maintenance would come and NOT fix but patch up on it, instead of replacing it. Me and my child had to bathe in cold water or go to a family members house just to shower until i told them I was going to call the news and make them aware of what was going on they decided to replace the hot water heater and give me only $200 off my next months rent after this went on for months. The apartment it self was ok for the most part just bad insulation and the bathroom tube kept pilling and grew mold. I recently just moved out and was charged a fee for damaged tub due to the pilling of the paint. I personally wouldn’t recommend living here for what they are charging but to each their own

We have stayed at Enclave for a while now and we love how easy it is to not only find a good place to move in but also how reliable maintenance and the front office is once you stay! I would recommend Enclave to anybody who asked for somewhere to stay! They have beautiful properties with multiple different option to rent from and we also love the location we’re in! They have multiple things to do around the area such as trails/hiking, a dog park a basketball park and even a pool and not only that but they make sure there is no hassle as far as paying rent and everything else besides electricity is covered through them and it truly makes it such a phenomenal service overall! My family and I love the apartment and area and have gotten to grow as part of the community over time!

I’d give no stars if I could. My package was stolen. I know who did it and the apartment complex is doing nothing to help. I asked to leave early after reading other reviews of people’s stuff being broken into and stolen( including multiple cars) The office has made it abundantly clear they don’t care if their tenants break the law. Other people have admitted that the office told them they even know who is responsible and don’t do anything. They won’t let me term my lease without charging outrageous fees. It’s not that I want to just up and move. This isn’t a safe area to live in and they are more accommodating to the criminals than anyone else.
