I first moved in when it was still Oaks at Eagle Creek and it's been such a turn around- the new property management company (TAG) has definitely been an improvement over the last one (B&H). They have patiently worked with me on rent and been very quick to respond to maintenance issues.

Maintenance issues have been dealt with in an impressive fast amount of time. At the end of the day, it’s a good feeling to be able to enjoy your home and surroundings.

Maintenance staff is definitely on it!! They normally respond the same day as a work order is submitted and never question the request. The office staff is definitely a lot better than the last ones. This new management company has made a lot of changes and improvements. Its also very quiet and I really enjoy sitting on my patio.
