  McKinsey really made my time at Edge 35 incredible. Kinsey was always friendly/engaging, reliable, and knowledgeable. She really knows how to make your space feel like home. I simply can’t thank her enough. Honorable mention to Daniela who was so inviting on my tour and made me so excited about the building. They both continuously surpassed my expectations!

  Not looking to move until April 2026 but since i toured Nolan’s other two sites i decided to tour edge. Kinsey was so helpful! There are 3 different studio styles which gives you great variety. The gym is a great size and has every piece of equipment you will need!

  I have nothing but good things to say about my time living at Edge 35! The leasing office was always so friendly and helpful. The gym is fantastic, and it’s such a fun area to live! Can’t recommend enough ☺️

  For many months throughout the year of 2024, I spent time at this apartment complex visiting my now ex-boyfriend. That being said, I'm happy to leave a review for others to help highlight a good place in the world that I've had the pleasure of spending time in. I often look back on my time in Fountain Square very fondly and Edge 35 was definitely a home base for my adventures. The security here is robust and the employees (I hope everyone is still there and doing well!) made the space feel very welcoming. They were super accomodating with any requests that we needed and any repairs that needed to be made. Regular maintenence of items like the AC air filter were clearly communicated to residents and efficiently executed by the contractors hired. There is an on-site Amazon locker as well as a *locked* package room that - to my knowledge - had no issues with residents stealing each others' mail. The elevator was literally never broken and the coffee space was always well-stocked and clean. Oh yeah, I just remembered how impressed I was by the bike room! The vibe of the residents is mid 20's/30's young professional. We never had any issues with any of the neighbors and I know that anything others were dealing with were handled promptly because I remember letters and emails going out about issues like marijuana stank on a specific floor. It is a 100% non-smoking community, including out on your private balcony. Be smart and you'll have a great time!
