  Giving it 2 stars because the previous management was just amazing. The apartment is nice in some parts, especially the top floor, but the basement is a big mess. The current leasing staff are a different story. Their staff make mistakes and then give you an attitude and try to blame you on top of that. When you reciprocate that, you’re told you’re being disrespectful. Respect should go both ways, especially when the issue comes from a staff error. If you know a mistake was made by one of your co-staff, fix it instead of complaining and acting as if I should have done magic to know that one of your staff did a mistake. Roaches are also a major issue but they try their best to address them. Though I still see some in the hallway walls at times. Always loved this apartment especially because of their security but lately everything is just turning upside down.

  Living at City View Apartments on Meridian was one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. When I moved in, management told me the apartment was in perfect condition. That was a lie. Shortly after, I started dealing with leaks throughout the apartment, which eventually led to mold issues. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage caused by these leaks, management threatened to take me to court and tried to hold me financially responsible for damages that were clearly caused by ongoing maintenance failures. This situation ended up damaging my record, which has been extremely stressful and unfair. The problems didn’t stop there. My car was towed because management claimed I didn’t live there—even though I was a resident. On top of that, someone attempted to break into my apartment. When I asked for security camera footage to protect myself, I was told the cameras “didn’t work.” That alone says a lot about how little they care about resident safety. The staff was disrespectful, dishonest, and dismissive every step of the way. Instead of helping residents, they gaslight you, avoid accountability, and threaten legal action. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice. Poor maintenance, lack of security, and unprofessional management make this place absolutely not worth the stress.

  Moving there was a TERRIBLE mistake I made. Staff management is changing all the time (see how stable it is) and after 9 months living there, I found cockroaches (evidences in case of trial) back to back in my apartment. Being a clean person.. it is traumatizing. The building is infested, they know about it but they would let you act like you’re crazy. I wish I could put 0 star. 1 star as I only enjoyed the gym room and the maintenance staff who are sympathetic! Sarah has the nastiest attitude. I can relate one of the review. Please run away!

  I love my space a lot of the older people or a joy to see getting on off the elevators I wanna say thank you for all the encouraging words the mantnce crew they are on point thx u for the fast an decent work u guys do u can only do so much what u have too work with, the biggest problem I have some of the folks that get in an out on the parking lot it don't take much to get in an get out ,,there is a gap on the out gate that allow any one to get in an both gates on the end perhaps need to be chained up for un wanted guess but so for other than that keds eather need to be accompany by adults, especially little girl's an please pick up behind your self an the pet's ,weather or not u realize it or not,the throat up can be a danger too other pets urin as well we live here let's take care of we're we lay our head at, Angie you are doing an amazing job keep up the good work
