Moving there was a TERRIBLE mistake I made.
Staff management is changing all the time (see how stable it is) and after 9 months living there, I found cockroaches (evidences in case of trial) back to back in my apartment. Being a clean person.. it is traumatizing. The building is infested, they know about it but they would let you act like you’re crazy. I wish I could put 0 star. 1 star as I only enjoyed the gym room and the maintenance staff who are sympathetic!
Sarah has the nastiest attitude. I can relate one of the review. Please run away!

My experience with this apartment has been hell !!! the management sucks I’ve got threatening I’ve got charged with fees that doesn’t even count nor in my leasing agreement , also with no proof what so ever , the property manager Sarah has the nastiest attitude and needs to be out of her job ! not only did she threatened me but she called me a liar , they lie to you and let you know the elvators are working when they are not we had to break all furniture took us hours just to get it into our apartment not to mention how nasty the building is but ms Angela does her job very well she needs a raise asap ! will be taking all this up in court over lies and false accusations , also really have bad roaches over every floor and apartment!!! Oh and not just that I have only been living here for a month

Had an appointment for a showing at 12:20, messaged when we arrived. I was super excited to see these apartments. Instead of anyone coming to greet us we got to hear the leasing office personal and a resident arguing for well over 15 mins before we gave up and left. Something like that should have been a closed door conversation. Instead you had an audience waiting outside the door. I know this kind of drama is the last thing I would want to come home to after I worked all day. We will rent elsewhere.
