  In short: if you’re thinking about renting at AYR, ask for Dawt. She is the definition of exceptional customer service—11/10, she absolutely ROCKS! While searching for apartments in Indianapolis, I came across AYR and had the pleasure of meeting Dawt at the leasing office one late weekday afternoon. I arrived a little after 5:30 PM due to work, and as many people know, most apartment communities don’t offer tours that late—especially during winter—for safety reasons. Dawt, however, made an exception and personally gave me a tour of a one-bedroom apartment. It was windy, freezing, and already getting dark, yet she still went above and beyond to help me as a potential resident. After the tour, we returned to the office where she patiently and enthusiastically walked me through all the rental details. She answered every single one of my questions on the spot, cleared all of my doubts, and clearly explained what I could expect from the unit and the next steps moving forward. What truly stood out to me was that Dawt doesn’t give you the typical “salesy” apartment conversation. She genuinely takes the time to understand your needs and concerns, building trust and confidence without any pressure. Chatting with her was a truly delightful experience—and again, this was all after normal working hours. It’s incredibly rare to find someone so willing to listen and accommodate beyond their shift, and that speaks volumes about her professionalism and dedication. Her outstanding service didn’t stop there. After our first meeting, I decided on a specific one-bedroom floor plan. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a unit available to tour at the time. Disappointing? Not to Dawt. She made the impossible possible. She personally took multiple videos and photos of that exact unit so I could see it for myself. And these weren’t your typical generic website photos—she pointed out features she remembered I cared about and addressed all of my concerns in detail. Yes, she even remembered my preferences! Thanks to her effort, I truly felt like I was experiencing an in-person tour through the screen. Her attention to detail and level of thoughtfulness are truly unmatched. Working with Dawt has been nothing short of amazing—quick response times, attentive service, clear communication, proactiveness, and a truly personalized experience. You honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service. The only disappointment I had was that I ultimately couldn’t move forward due to a new work opportunity—not because of anything related to AYR or Dawt. If you’re searching for an apartment in Indy, I highly recommend giving AYR a try. It’s located in a perfect spot that offers both the fun and the peace of Broad Ripple. The units are clean, modern, and spacious—AYR truly lives up to its name as a luxury apartment community. And most importantly, ask for Dawt and get ready to be amazed by customer service taken to a whole new level.

  10/10 on the maintenance team! I worked with Abner Flores for what I thought was an emergency maintenance request. He responded to my request promptly and immediately reassured me that the issue was not as big of a deal as I thought. He looked at photos I sent him and helped talk me through the situation all outside of his typical working hours. The next morning, he very quickly got to our apartment to check out the situation in person. His assessment of the issue was correct. Overall, Abner was awesome and it makes me so happy to know that we have such a great maintenance team on staff!

  Have had a good experience with the maintenance and management team. Our fridge was freezing food even on the lowest setting and maintenance resolved easily by replacing our fridge quickly.

  I had such a wonderful experience working with Tierrah! From the very beginning, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her personality made the whole experience enjoyable, and she went above and beyond to help me. After learning that we were very interested and likely to apply, she even sent a follow up email with the application already partially filled out. That extra effort made the process so much easier and stress free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right home, but Tierrah truly does. I’m so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful follow through. She’s the best!
