  I lived in this community for 3+ years , through various stages of my life , and have had a wonderful experience! The office staff is very helpful, community is clean, and the location is perfect.

  I moved in about three months ago and absolutely love it here. Quiet, safe, and has great amenities. My favorite had to be the walking trails around the lakes. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Aspen Lakes.

  Writing this review not because of the staff because they are excellent and have awesome response time. I am writing this review because my roommate and I have both had parking lot issues with our vehicles getting broken into with no current solutions

  My wife and I lived here for our first apartment, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience here. We moved here in March of 2023, and just moved out this past month. If it weren’t for school/work conflicts causing us to move, we would still be here. The leasing staff was phenomenal, maintenance was always on top of things, and the property was very much ideal for what we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place on the south side of Indy!

  If I could double the stars, there'd be 10 across the board NO DOUBT. Hunt pacific did a wonderful job with carefully choosing this location, their floorplans, staff & overall mission. As someone who is in their mid 20's, being close to shops, food and work and still having privacy is hard to find. Not to mention how caring and responsive maintenance and office staff have been. We just renewed for another year and LOVE Aspen Lakes. We hardly hear neighbors/ traffic, have so much character and space in our 1x1 and truly couldn't ask for more. We have had our fair share of run ins with shotty maintenance and property management, and are so thankful that we get to call here home after those terrible experiences! From our initial tour with Ali to now being a year in- everything has been amazing. The unit itself is generous with bedroom space, a cute fireplace, LOTS of kitchen & closet storage, a beautiful garden style tub & a full size washer and dryer, nice updated appliances....Not much else to ask for! Common areas are kept clean and feel cozy, never an issue of safety walking from my car inside either. Never out of parking and beautiful dreamy landscape between the ponds & pool space/ paths. The office area is well kept and they just treated us to an updated gym scene. TEN STARS!
