  Maintenance Review for Ray! First off, Ray is amazing! He's attentive, knowledgeable, and always has a positive attitude. I was extremely upset that I placed a work order that was randomly closed out but never completed. I called the office to express my concerns, and Renee (who has also been lovely every time I’ve interacted with her) submitted a new work order. It just so happened that on the same day my new work order was created, Ray was working on another apartment in my building. I flagged Ray down, and he did not hesitate to help. He came right up, examined the two issues I was having, and was able to resolve the problem in the hallway bathroom immediately. He also informed me of the next steps needed to fix the sound coming from the fridge. He ordered a fan, which was needed, and a couple of days later, he returned, fixed the fridge, and I haven’t had any issues since. Keep up the great work, Ray. This complex is lucky to have you.

  looks can be deceiving. beautiful apartments, ugly maintenance. and for what you pay in rent its not worth it.

  I scheduled a veiwing for a 3 bedroom apartment. When I arrived to my appointment I was told they do not have a 3 bedroom available. I let the nice lady talk herself into circles because what she was saying did not make sense. Long story short I was told sign the lease then we can show you the apartment.

  I came to this apartment thinking it was the perfect place for me; to my surprise, it was not. When I requested a tour, the leasing department's staff had an attitude as if they didn't want to show me the apartment. The model apartment looked nice, but the unit I was supposed to move into was not ready. They told me to apply online and pay the $50 application fee. I applied and was approved, but when I received a call to confirm my approval, it was too late for me to talk. I informed the leasing agent, Renee, that I wanted to wait for her to withdraw the remaining funds from my card. She said I had until 6 PM the next day or she would cancel my application. I tried to call her about my application, but I could not reach her. I left a voicemail with the AI system they have in place. The following day, I received a text message stating that she had tried calling me, and since I had no communication with her, she would be canceling my application. Once I received the message, I called again and spoke to someone else, leaving another message and waiting for a callback. Eventually, I decided to go to the office in person. When I arrived, I found Renee sitting there with the manager. I tried to speak to them, but I was met with a complete attitude. I told them my name, and they acknowledged that Renee had been trying to get in touch with me, but I informed them that I had no communication with her and that my application had been canceled. I attempted to explain that I had called multiple times and left voicemails, but Renee rudely interrupted me and wouldn’t let me finish. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism. I tried to clarify my situation, and Renee eventually looked in the system and noticed that my name was spelled differently. The manager intervened, stating that my application was canceled due to a lack of communication and that they would only speak with corporate about possibly waiving my application fee. I asked why my application was canceled if I had indeed tried to communicate, but she continued to cut me off and raised her voice, insisting there was nothing they could do. When I inquired if there was any documentation or paperwork indicating why my application was canceled, she said no. Feeling frustrated, I left the office. I believe the staff should address these issues, and I do not wish to stay. I simply want a refund due to this unfortunate situation, as it is completely ridiculous how it was handled.
