- BHBri HNov 14, 20255.0Maintenance Review for Ray! First off, Ray is amazing! He's attentive, knowledgeable, and always has a positive attitude. I was extremely upset that I placed a work order that was randomly closed out but never completed. I called the office to express my concerns, and Renee (who has also been lovely every time I’ve interacted with her) submitted a new work order. It just so happened that on the same day my new work order was created, Ray was working on another apartment in my building. I flagged Ray down, and he did not hesitate to help. He came right up, examined the two issues I was having, and was able to resolve the problem in the hallway bathroom immediately. He also informed me of the next steps needed to fix the sound coming from the fridge. He ordered a fan, which was needed, and a couple of days later, he returned, fixed the fridge, and I haven’t had any issues since. Keep up the great work, Ray. This complex is lucky to have you.

I let the nice lady talk herself into circles because what she was saying did not make sense. Long story short I was told sign the lease then we can show you the apartment.
