  I had a fantastic leasing experience. After combing through great reviews of several apartments, I decided to make this location a finalist. The grounds were well maintained and the building seems to be secure because I couldn’t just waltz in. Security and customer service are paramount to me. Property manager McKinsey did an exceptional job of making a great first impression, and set my expectations by being professional and patient (several times I updated her, and every time she was just as pleasant as she was during our first conversation). She always responded promptly and consistently followed up after the first visit. So far the reviews I’ve read align with the treatment I’ve received. I look forward to leaving another review in the future regarding my experience living on the property.

  My boyfriend has been living here for 8 months. They told him when he signed a lease that he’d probably only wait a month for a paid parking pass. He parked on the side street and got side swiped once and his mirror broken off twice. He tried to park in the paid spots one night because there is zero parking around the entire complex on busy nights and he got towed. He has gone into the office twice and they just keep saying he’s on the wait list. I heard them tell someone else the same thing while they were taking a tour. There are at least 5 paid parking spots open every day. He just wants to pay for a spot… if you want your car safe I don’t recommend this place or you will need to figure out other accommodations because you will never receive a parking pass. ***POST RESPONSE - Three days after my review they emailed my boyfriend and said he could have a pass. Then waited till he picked it up to respond and say no one was on the Wait list. Everyone is aware of the signs it’s the fact that the parking is not good here because you simply do not have enough parking for all your residents even when they want a pass. I’m sure you don’t track every time someone stops in the office because that’s what he did in order to try to get a pass to begin with.

  I lived at edge 35 for 2.5 years and loved it the entire time. McKinsey is wonderful at helping with anything residents need and welcoming them home. Maintenance was always timely, attentive, and thorough. I also toured their sister property in fountain square, Pinnex, and Alexis is extremely welcoming and kind also. I’ve toured a lot of apartments in Indy, if you can afford a Nolan Living property apartment, it’s the one to get.

  Erick with maintenance is absolutely incredible! A bird got stuck in my apartment's vent system and he was able to safely and kindly save the bird in no time. He was so patient and helped me stay calm during this stressful situation. Thank you for saving me and the bird, Erick!
