  Office stay goes above and beyond they have been nothing but nice, great customer service. Apartment is a really nice size and open concept. Took some time getting use to the highway noise but not too bad.

  Love it here, my apartment is beautiful. Move in was very easy, office team was very helpful. Excited to use the pool this summer.

  Edit: Work orders have been submitted and unfortunately due to a system change at the end of 2025, all work orders were lost from my understanding and the office is aware of the service requests. Leaving a voicemail or emailing the office you are luckily if you get a call or response back. I was not supplied with a complaint form until just yesterday Feb. 17th 2026 after several months of notifying and supplying evidence of issues with resident. Original: Management: bad Community: meh Maintenance: decent While the apartments are alright. The staff and neighbors leave a lot to be desired. Office is impossible to reach by phone 9 times outta 10. I've lived here for 2 years and the first company was great, first neighbor was great. New staff doesnt care about anything other than filling apartments and pretend all is well in the community. The old upstairs neighbor saw a mouse when moving out and i can hear it occasionally in the ceiling or walls. A work order was put in in November for pest control to come out. They in fact have never shown up, despite being told numerous times that they will come next wednesday. Ive also been having noise issues and more with the new upstairs neighbor since they moved in. After doing everything the office asks, all I get is a we're working on it and cant tell you but can you also do x y and z too. All while the issues escalate and work orders stack up. Live anywhere else if you dont want to be miserable and have a decent living experience

  Will continue to update but overall experience good! A few mishaps but you cant expect the world to be perfect. Allyson is awesome and beyond fast with responding to my 50 questions. Maintenance seems to move fast. Will see how things go as I continue to live here! Overall, people wise they have been great so far.

  Brandon the maintenance man was awesome. I had many work orders that had been waiting for several weeks. Had a leaking washer and dryer as well that I couldn’t use for several weeks. He took ONE look at it and got the issue resolved in three minutes. Thank you Brandon!!!
