  Trash I’m so glad I don’t live here anymore! The Apt’s are literally junk! The structure outside is the worst I’ve ever seen in my entire apt living for the amount of money you pay these apts are garbage! The outside is the worst the gutters are falling off if it rains you will get poured on if it snows you won’t be able to get out your Apt the steps are horrible and unsafe for any human to walk on just a bad vibe in the whole community I would not recommend anyone live here unless your desperate and don’t have anywhere else to go such a wicked place

  I had a horrible experience the last year of being there was there a total of 3yrs. What really got me is when they were rebuilding on the stairs in my building and they never moved me out but everyone else in the apartment complex did because i asked different ones also my entire time living there my toilet and my tub stayed backed up i lived in unit 512 also i had mice like crazy then i had gnats coming from my garbage disposal its like everything was falling apart and they did not care and its so may negative things wrong with this complex it used to be a hotel and the property manager (SHAWN)still going by hotel rules and also one day i sat in my car and was just looking at the property manager (SHAWN)and her little maintenance man (MELVIN) walking around at first i thought they were looking for things to fix but instead the property manager(SHAWN) was going around walking up to people doors sniffing like a hound dog looking for a marijuana smells hope she found out who it was because she wanted to know real bad and really could have turned into a ugly situation when you are being extra nosey but i am glad to be moved poor situation over there with Avia Apartments they need a new property manager and new maintenance who knows their position and knows how to stay in their lane and not over step their boundaries I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL/APARTMENT AT ALL!

  Moving to Indianapolis seemed impossible until I spoke with Shawn Gilbert at Avia Lofts. Shawn made the move in process absolute seamless and super fast! The neighborhood is conveniently placed and offers a quiet cozy place to call home. I would recommend! ❤️

  I've been here about 8 months, watching the transition from motel to apartments. Ms. Gilbert, the manager, has been a capable, savvy professional through all of it, making residents feel welcome and solving problems as best she can. The location is super convenient, across the street from Costco and an easy commute by car or bus to almost anything you might need. That convenience does come with a lot of city noise. It rarely bothers me, but it is a reality. It's not a big apartment, but I'm very happy here.
