  I had a really great experience working with Zia Collins at the leasing office. She was kind, professional, and very understanding throughout the entire process. Even when my situation unexpectedly changed, she handled everything with so much patience and compassion, which I truly appreciated. Zia made communication easy and was always willing to help or answer any questions I had. It honestly made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

  I’ve lived here for just over a month, and while a few things have been acceptable, there are some glaring issues that management seriously needs to address. Yes, maintenance has been responsive. The main reason for my 3-star rating is the so-called “fitness center.” It is only open during office business hours and completely closed on weekends. I’m sorry, but who exactly is that supposed to work for? Most residents have jobs during those hours. Advertising a fitness center as an amenity while making it inaccessible to the majority of paying residents is misleading at best. Most complexes have key cards or entry codes to accommodate all residents. On top of that, parking is a constant headache. There is rarely anywhere for actual residents to park, which is beyond frustrating considering we’re the ones paying to live here. Management really needs to rethink these policies—especially the fitness center hours—if they want to provide a fair and functional living experience for the community

  Renting apartments in Indianapolis is a scam, if your lease is almost over and you're not trying to renew with the apartment, they will start charging ridiculous fees and money for wear and tear appliances and things that wear out by using, they will charge you for carpets because it got dirty which they will replace or clean out for the next Tennant and paint, blinds, doors. This apartment the first people who was in charge of it told me I didn't have pay any fees for moving out for renovation because the apartment I was in got moldy, I made many requests for maintenance because the AC wouldn't flow well in the bedroom. Then some new people took over told me I had to pay for the rest of the months I had left and for the renovation which is crazy and now I can't get a new place to because of them

  I would give a zero star, but I don’t have the option. If you love smelling weed in your apartment, then this is your place. There’s a no drug policy a they allow people to smoke weed and do nothing about it when being brought up. Also, charging me $116 a month after I’m even out of the apartment. They didn’t charge me this when we left early. Will never recommend these apartments.

  I moved in July 2025. It couldn’t have gone better. The office ladies and maintenance were a dream. Fast forward 7 months with the exception of a few small things…. Most out of anyone’s control…. I still love it here. I have the most perfect apartment for me and my furbaby…. It’s very quiet…. Some neighbors are very friendly…. Some don’t pick up after their dogs…. If that’s the worst thing I’ve come across….. I’m still doing well. The trash dumpster sometimes is a mess…. But has nothing to do with the office or maintenance’s actions. For sure. Just my two cents.
