- SJSarah JohnsonMar 7, 20265.0747 is just about living. No amenities onsite but the private parking option and the size of the units you can’t beat. Bottlesworks right out front and all the bars and restaurants makes this location ideal. Leasing gave all information needed from rent to additional fees which makes it easy to budget. Currently no studios available which is what i am looking for

We tried to stop by on a Saturday but they are closed on the weekends. We did learn that their office is not located on-site but they are one call away. Alexis made scheduling a tour simple. Im hoping there will be a studio unit coming available in June.

If this is how they treat individuals before signing, how will they treat them after? First impressions always set the tone..
- OOOliviaDec 6, 20255.0Wish 747 was in my budget cuz the location is prime. Nolan has several apartments within 10 minutes from each other and i toured 2. I’m not looking to move until April and want a studio. I was able to schedule a tour with Alexis. She informed me there wasn’t a studio vacant but she would be happy to show me a 2bedroom vacant to get a feel for what the units look like. She did send me a video of the studio and it’s 781 sq ft (mind blown) no frills with 747 just lobby, package room, parking garage and units. Mass is such a prime location and 747 is right in the mix of it all.
