    My initial lease-signing process was a bit chaotic, but Hampton in Highland has been wonderful since then. Neighbors are kind. And I’ve been particularly impressed by the maintenance crew. Twice they have helped me with urgent maintenance. And one of those was on Christmas Eve. The five stars is for maintenance.

    Really enjoyed working with Keara to move into the complex. It’s everything she said it would be. Very pleased to now be a part of Hampton in Highland !

    We walked into the leasing office & were completely ignored by staff. We were not acknowledged or welcomed. First impressions are very important & as a business, you should ensure that your staff is well trained on how to make a great first impression for potential guests.

    I was really excited to check this complex out, but the experience was a letdown from the moment I walked in. I wasn't greeted or even acknowledged with eye contact; instead, I felt like I was interrupting their conversations. When you're looking for a new home, a simple welcome goes a long way. It’s disappointing to feel like a bother when you're interested in the community. Hopefully, staff can focus more on being approachable to new people coming through the door.
