Please read: my previous review was deleted by property management to hide the truth I mean, it’s a shoddy rundown property managed by a soulless corporation charging a premium for the privilege of living with mold, German roaches, and neighbors whose dogs pee in front of your door. The staff (maintenance and front desk) have been helpful and kind for the most part while living here, but they are not your friend. As other reviews have mentioned, be prepared to be milked for every last cent they can squeeze out of you. I got charged nearly $900 in fees for giving notice to vacate forty days in advance rather than their demanded sixty. Largely because I was misled by the staff when communicating our intentions to leave. I did everything I could to communicate in good faith, and this is my reward. It’s a punishing, debilitating sum for the crime of *checks notes* vacating the apartment at the end of the lease. The lease, mind you, does not actually explain how severe this fee would be. It’s robbery Think twice before living here. They aren’t going to let you leave without getting another free month of rent out of you It’s 1/5 stars. But they will silence anyone who doesn’t give glowing feedback. Just look at the other reviews

Long post, but worth the read if you’re considering living here. I lived here for a year, and overall, it’s a mixed experience. Positives: The area itself feels safe and nice. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and Greenwood Mall. Neighbors are generally friendly, parking isn’t too bad, and amenities are decent. The manager, Cristy, has always been kind, and the maintenance guys are friendly. Overall, noise wasn’t too bad. The walls are thin, but not so bad that you can hear full conversations. Since we lived on the first floor, we could definitely hear people walking around upstairs. The main issue, though, was one guy who used to blast music in his car at 1–2 am, and because he parked close to our bedroom, we heard it loud and clear, along with his ridiculously loud exhaust. It was extremely annoying when it happened, but thankfully it seems like he moved out because I haven’t seen his car anymore. Negatives: Weed smell: The worst issue was the smell of weed coming through the dryer whenever my upstairs neighbors did laundry. It was so bad the dryer would feel damp from the airflow, and sometimes the smell even seeped through the vents. I reported this multiple times, and management only sent out a letter to all residents and tried to “fix” it by clamping the vent hose, which didn’t work. Water issues: The toilet never flushed properly. You had to hold the handle down for several seconds. On top of that, sometimes the water itself was brown and nasty. A few times when I was cleaning the bathtub, the shower water came out brownish. Honestly, it made me question if the water was even safe to use. My fiancée even started getting flare-ups on her face and lips, and while I can’t say for sure it was the water, it definitely made us suspicious. It feels like the pipes here are old and not well maintained. Pests: Despite paying for pest control in our monthly rent, we constantly dealt with crickets. I had to buy sticky traps and caught over a dozen. We also had ant problems, with ants crawling up the bedroom walls. Cold drafts: In the winter, cold air leaked through poorly sealed carpet edges near the railing, making the bedroom uncomfortably cold. Dog waste: Some residents don’t pick up after their dogs, and you’ll see it left on the grounds. Disgusting. Final thoughts: At the end of the day, we felt like we were paying too much for what we got. Between the weed smell, water issues, and pests, it just didn’t feel worth the money. We didn’t want to keep risking our health breathing in secondhand weed smoke or questioning whether the water was safe to use. Update: The last thing that really left a bad taste was that we were charged for a carpet replacement after moving out. There was a stain under our bed that was not caused by us — all we kept under there were shoe boxes wrapped in plastic. I’m confident the stain came from underneath the carpet, likely from old moisture or mold given the age and condition of the unit. This apartment was already older and not in the cleanest shape when we moved in, and we actually took very good care of the place during our entire lease. It’s frustrating that they would still charge us for something clearly due to underlying issues with the unit. Because of this experience, I’d honestly lower my rating from a 3/5 to a 1/5.

The staff is super friendly, but I would not recommend this place for a few reasons. 1st people smoke cigarettes and weed in the building even though it is not allowed. The property management has been made aware SEVERAL times and fails to resolve the issue. They allow for neighbours to be disturbing to others with zero consequences. You could make 1000 noise complaints and nothing will be done. We have been here for over 4 years and would like to stay longer, but unfortunately these are playing a huge role in determining if we will renew our lease come end of it. We moved here under the impression that it was a smoke free community and that they worked with residents to improve the quality of the community.

This is a great place to live! I haven’t been here long yet but the neighbors are all really nice, and the staff is very helpful, and respond quickly! The apartments are huge compared to past places I’ve lived and they’re clean.

The ladies in the office are very supportive and friendly and as fair as they come. The maintenance staff are timely thorough and good natured. I stayed in these apartments for 3 years and was honestly sad to leave. I mean an pretty much all apartments are built equal but if you want the people that make it run to be on your team this is the place to go.
