Anytime I put a work order in Jeff is here within the first 10 minutes and always does an excellent job with fixing it right the first time. I highly recommend this place to anyone searching for an apartment community!

- THTayler HatchettDec 30, 20251.0I ended my lease early due to ongoing safety concerns and harassment from neighboring residents. Police reports were filed, and management was made aware of the situation. Because of the circumstances, management agreed that I would only be responsible for prorated rent at move-out. Despite this, I was later charged a concession fee related to the early termination. Given the documented safety issues and the fear I was living in at the time, this added financial charge has been extremely stressful. I hope management reviews situations like this carefully in the future, especially when a tenant’s decision to leave is based on personal safety and documented incidents. Based on my personal experience, mothers and single women may want to carefully consider safety concerns and how such situations are handled before choosing to live here.

I am loving the top loading washer which is a new addition to the apartment. It took all the stains out and left them soft and fresh smelling! The move in process was super easy. All the appliances are brand new and everything is super modern. Love the shelfs in the closet and bathroom as well. 10/10 I am loving it here
