- MDMatthew Devaney1 day ago3.0Our electric bill has been outrageously high every month we’ve live here so far. Ranging from 300$ to 500$. Our bed room is consistently 10+ degrees warmer than the rest of our unit. We’ve gotta leave the door open and stick a fan in the door way to blow the cold air from the living room into the bedroom every night. The amenities are nice and the work personnel are professional and get back to you in a timely manner. Really hope we can get this issue figured out soon considering it’s been going on for 5 months. The maintenance crew is also really good and respond quickly. This unit just has some gremlins I guess.

From the very beginning, she was easy to talk to, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. She walked me through everything step by step and made sure I understood what was needed, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Amy was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful, and it felt like she actually cared about making sure things went smoothly for me. Leasing can be overwhelming, but she made it simple and straightforward. Because of her help, the entire experience was positive from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Mavericks Apartments, especially if you get the chance to work with Amy. Definitely excited to be apart of the community !!! 😊😊😊
