- SNShakana NorfleetSep 22, 20251.0Phones are never answered. Emails are never answered. You will wait in the office for like 5 minutes or more before you get someone to come acknowledge you. Trash looks like this every week because there is one trash compactor for the whole complex despite paying monthly for trash services. Parking is horrible. You can hear every single conversation of all neighbors. When I moved in the apartment, it didn’t have proper insulation for MONTHS, my electricity bill was high because of the amount of air pushed out during a heat wave but no compensation from the complex or management for their mistake (apartment manager claims to have sent this to corporate but no update) . Filters were supposed to be changed 2-3 months ago and still untouched. Very poorly put together units. I do not recommend this place what so ever.
