We love it here! Both of the gentlemen that came in our unit today to fix weather strips and a very bad smell was amazing at there job and very kind. And showed us what they were doing. Definitely recommend these gentleman for my next service or for anyone else in the neighborhood. Very very please with there work!

Amazing property. It’s very relieving knowing what a top notch maintenance and office team we have. Amy and ivy in the office worked with us to the absolute best of their ability with a positive attitude and made our family instantly feel comfortable adjusting to a new place. Whatever small issues we had moving in were fixed up right away by maintenance. Tyler and issac were an especially great help. Highly recommended.

This place is okay… definitely not luxury. I think the team definitely tries their best but the rent is pricey for what you get. Im still debating on if I want to renew my lease. My apartment is still settling and our doors have shifted and do not close properly which often leads to drafts affecting our heating and cooling. During the winter there is often mud and ice covering the sidewalks, there are random open holes in yards so if you want to walk your dog you need to be very careful. The community spaces are often a mess with the dog park and grass constantly covered in poop. Just do your research, not the worst place but definitely shouldn't be labeled as luxury.

I’ve been living in this apartment for some time now. While it is a newly constructed property, the overall living experience has not been great.
Pros:
New apartment and new construction
Cons:
Poor construction quality despite being new
Very poor ventilation, which leads to high electricity bills
Mold has developed in some areas
Extremely uncomfortable temperatures year-round
In summer, the apartment becomes hot and humid
In winter, the unit gets freezing cold, with cold air constantly coming in through the windows
Maintenance issues are frequent, and maintenance often has to come two to three times to fix the same problem
Parking is a major issue
Garage spaces are extremely narrow
If you own a pickup truck, it is almost impossible to park inside the garage. Even if you manage to park, getting out of the vehicle is extremely difficult due to how tightly packed the garage is
In a two-bedroom unit with two cars, if one car is parked in the garage and another outside, the outside car often blocks the garage exit, forcing you to wake up a roommate just to move their car
Overall parking space is very limited and frustrating.
Only one trash compactor for the entire community, and it overflows almost every weekend
Thin walls, you can clearly hear neighbors
The clubhouse is only open during regular business hours, which makes it unusable for most residents who work during the day. It feels more like a showcase for prospective tenants than an amenity for current residents.
Overall, while the apartment looks nice on the outside because it’s new, the quality, comfort, and functionality do not match the rent. I would strongly recommend considering these issues before signing a lease.
