  Things have really started to change. Landscape looking pretty rough! Security has gone down hill! Not feeling to safe these days! Parking has really turned out bad. Cops in and out of the community. Arguments in the parking lots during the day and night! Work vehicles parking all over and hogging 2 spaces. People roam around all day and night! I have lived here for 2 years and I am thinking it is time to move on due to this turning into every other type of community that I have moved out of due to security and other issues!

  Apt duplex living has advantages and disadvantages. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages here. Since living here, some negative changes have occurred. All staff members are exceptional. No complaints regarding their service. The maintenance team is prompt and does their best. However, the yard crew's performance has declined in maintaining the grounds. The beautifully landscaped grounds were a major factor in our decision to move here. Obviously, budget cuts have affected the upkeep of the grounds. Currently, shrubs are overgrown, whereas previously they were regularly trimmed and mulched. The appliances provided are of inferior quality, indicating management's efforts to save costs. The washer-dryer combo is substandard. We had our own appliances but were unable to replace the existing combo due to its problems and unsatisfactory replacement options from two different brands. The refrigerator is now loud and needs replacement, but maintenance must first address the issue before it can be replaced. The outside trim requires painting, and the siding needs a power wash. We are disappointed. The rent here is within our budget guidelines for this area. As seniors, we maintain a strict budget. We choose to stay due to the inconvenience of moving. Management frequently requests feedback, which we have avoided providing. We pay our rent promptly and remain hopeful for improvements. We appreciate the nice neighborhood. As stated, there are pros and cons. We focus on the pros and maintain a positive outlook.

  I like it here, I have lived here for almost a year in august I'm going to sign another lease I like the office staff to the guys in maintenance Everyone is so nice and professional.
