When you say something they tell you, the office sent an email, which I didn’t get. He then tells me to complain to the office, which I did but they didn’t care. They advised that they sent 3 emails to the residents, but upon reviewing the feedback here it appears to be an ongoing problem! I advised them that the next time notice is not provided, entry will be denied. Now I have another issue, being charged a bookkeeping fee of $50, and was told I have 10 days from the date on the letter to pay it. The date on the letter was November 19th, but they didn’t leave it on the door until November 21st, so really that “10 days” became 8. Do not live here, it’s overpriced and they treat you like shit!

Cops in and out of the community. Arguments in the parking lots during the day and night! Work vehicles parking all over and hogging 2 spaces. People roam around all day and night! I have lived here for 2 years and I am thinking it is time to move on due to this turning into every other type of community that I have moved out of due to security and other issues!
