  I had a great experience working with Sarah Early at Arlington Farms. She has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and always made sure our questions were answered quickly. Her responsiveness and professionalism really stood out — anytime we needed assistance, she was prompt and happy to help. Sarah made everything much smoother and less stressful for us, and we truly appreciate the time and effort she put into helping us. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about residents and providing great service. I highly recommend working with Sarah if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive.   Sarah hands down is the best person for tours. She walked us through all the units we wanted to tour, whether it was snowing or bad weather she was always more than happy to show us around. She also ensured that we were informed to sign up for the best move in specials and always kept us in the loop for anything we asked her. I would highly recommend Sarah!

  i just moved in recently, probably 2/3 weeks ago. all of the staff are so friendly and helpful, but i'm feeling a bit frustrated. currently, i'm unable to use my bathroom because it's causing a leak to the unit below me. i was given a rough time estimate of when it would be fixed. either this week (today being wednesday) or monday of next week. i cannot use any plumbing at all in this bathroom. at the same time, my dryer is broken. i've had to take my laundry to a laundromat which is not at all cheap. i'm living in a brand new unit that no one else has lived in, so it's surprising this is happening at all. for the price we're paying, it feels like i shouldn't be having these issues within less than a month. again, the staff has been so helpful it's not their fault at all, but i can't help but feel like the company should be compensating me for my laundromat expenses. i'm not expecting this at all, but i feel like i should be offered that at the very least. not to mention the smell of the water that keeps coming back. my boyfriend and i were told by a staff member to not even drink the water from the taps because of how gross it is. they specifically said the water was, "one step above flint, michigan's water." we've had to buy water filters for our showers and taps and only drink bottled water now.

  I am having a great time living in this apartment. The place is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The management is responsive and helpful whenever needed. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and everything you need is nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful home. The apartment layouts are spacious and comfortable, with modern finishes that truly make it feel like home. It’s hard to find apartments this big at such a good value. I truly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a roomy, comfortable place to call home.
