- AHAdam HarriganNov 24, 20251.0Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Maintenance enters your place without notice. When you say something they tell you, the office sent an email, which I didn’t get. He then tells me to complain to the office, which I did but they didn’t care. They advised that they sent 3 emails to the residents, but upon reviewing the feedback here it appears to be an ongoing problem! I advised them that the next time notice is not provided, entry will be denied. Now I have another issue, being charged a bookkeeping fee of $50, and was told I have 10 days from the date on the letter to pay it. The date on the letter was November 19th, but they didn’t leave it on the door until November 21st, so really that “10 days” became 8. Do not live here, it’s overpriced and they treat you like shit!

Almost two weeks later and they have not credited us back the fee, we’ve been in contact with them several times in that two weeks but all that we’re getting is excuses. We’re now forced to pay the fee to not have to pay a late fee.
