  I never in my life experience what I experienced with this apartment complex. When I first moved in the apartment was filthy, needles in carpet my nephew stepped on spiderwebs everywhere, stove dirty floors where fridge and stove are not cleaned. Dirt all over baseboards of entire apartment. Had on going smell with dishwasher never resolved the right way. I thought I am only on a short term lease so maybe they just threw me into something. I tried to let it be after they sent cleaners to clean and they didn’t clean and were rude. So I cleaned it myself. One thing I will say with these apartments I advice all residents to put cameras in your apartments so you can see who comes in your apartment while you are not there. They are supposed to give notice of someone is going into your apartment. well that didn’t happen and some of my things were missing. Please get cameras!!! They will not replace or make anything right either if you don’t have proof on camera. They also left my door unlocked and turned my furnace on when I turned it off. I never felt so violated. Called corporate regarding the matter and nothing happened. Not only did they violate my things they only gave me 60 dollars back from my deposit after I moved. Out of all the apartments I had over the years I have always received my full deposit back. They charged me sanitizing and other stuff. The lady from corporate was supposed to call me back and never did. Just horrible. I am not worried about money it’s the principal. Wrong is wrong!!! They should had made things right.

  Lived here since May of 2022. My rent was $900 a month for a 2 br/2 ba, it’s gone up every year. To renew my lease for my 4th renewal, my rent is increasing AGAIN and now I’m close to $1450! When I complained last year, the area manager told me annual rent increases are normal and to be expected. 🤯😭 They also have gift card raffles for residents who leave a 5 star review, so these reviews are not legit.

  Nice, quiet, safe community. They also offer short term lease which is exactly what we needed. Our dogs love the park!

  I love Washington Village Apartments!! The apartments are beautiful... The ladies in the office go out of their way to be helpful. And the maintenance guys are the best! They are so knowledgeable and fixed the problem I had the very same day!!
