She is extremely caring and lovely in every way. The constructions guys (shout out to Mike!) are nothing short of amazing. They have been extremely helpful. Everyone has answered every single question in the kindest and most professional manner. This was the first home I have ever purchased and I was nervous, but the Ryan team made it very low stress for me. Cole and Teresa with NVR mortgage deserve a lot of credit. They kept me in the loop and answered every single question I had, without hesitation. Thank you all and I look forward to many years in my gorgeous home!
- GKGURLEEN KAURFeb 16, 20242.0The worst heating system ever.. it’s been a 2 years since I bought this house and every winter their heating system has problems it stopped working and on the top of that the number they provide us to get it fixed straight goes to a voicemail. I was trying to contact them from last 4 days.. no answers, no reply and call backs . because of that last year also we paid $300 to fix the heating out of pocket. This is really frustrating and disappointing.

Ask for Jennifer for Model tour and any questions you have. I chose Grand Bahama, my second home in my life built. Amazing floor plan design, and latest building technology, just moved in August 2023. Building phases experience was a very good personal touch for status. Everyone I encountered at Ryan Homes from construction manager Kevin/Travis, mortgage/warranty teams and construction crews during my visits was excellent customer service and friendly. Greenfield is great place to live, nice and quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.
