She is extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise, always thinking what the next step might be needed, before I even knew myself. Ideas flowed abuntantly for us to review as she gave me alot of her time so when I left, I had answers. I was just in awe how good she is. She is an expert in her field and Ryan Homes should reward the positive impact she has and she is the standard for this industry.

Ask for Kimberly when you visit for model tours and questions. I selected the Grand Bahama floor plan - an amazing design with the latest building technology. From construction managers Kevin and Travis to the mortgage and warranty teams, everyone provided excellent, friendly service. The building process kept me well-informed throughout. I also know a husband and wife who built a two-story Ryan Home at Brandywine over 2 years ago and they absolutely love their home as well. Greenfield is a wonderful, quiet community with friendly neighbors - I moved in August 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Homes. :)
