  Where do I begin Mary and Jeremy are the best team, anything need's to be done they are on it asap they go above and beyond to make living here the greatest experience, I can guarantee you will not get any better treatment from management in a 50 mile radius we have lived in many complexes and thank's to Mary and Jeremy we call Toscana home! If I could give them 10 star's I would

  Not worth the 📈 high💲price. This year they simultaneously raised the rent, 🗑️trash pickup and water. 🚿Water bill is directly paid with rent and increased from $54 to $87 monthly for 1 person in a one bedroom apartment. In addition, the employees are ☹️disrespectful to residence without any recourse. The amenities are 👎outdated and community manager is rarely onsite for assistance. Before posting this review, I stopped by office to talk about concerns with the community manager and was 🤦greeted by a closed 🚪door and the photo below.
