  This place does not even deserve one star. The only redeeming quality is the maintenance because they are really nice. Trash is always piled up, and looks really gross. They don’t have enough bins, and the trash does not get picked up enough. Cheaply put together, two days after we moved in the floors started separating in the kitchen. We’ve lived here less than a year, and have had multiple issues, the oven not coming to temp, the washer stopped working, the AC was not working for 3 weeks, and we have a big bath tub but the water doesn’t stay hot enough to fill it. Front office people are not very kind and expect emails weekly because no one seems to be able to follow the rules around here. There is never any parking, and in the winter they have plows taking up four spots right by our apartment. Your packages will never be delivered to your door, so you’ll have to go to the front office and sort through a ton of packages. They also mislead us on a few things, including we were told we could do month to month after our 6 month lease expired. Our lease was coming up to its expiration and they fought us tooth and nail saying we couldn’t do month to month even though we had emails when we moved in from them saying we could. Save your money, and find somewhere else.

  Wish I would've stayed with my previous apartment. Have had triple the number of service requests in one year than I did with my previous apartment complex in 3 years. First day half the outlets didn't even work. Unable to take baths, hot water will not last long enough. AC, Oven, Washer. Trash tends to pile up. Gave incorrect information before initial move in about renting month to month after original lease is up. Limited parking. For 2k a month I just expected more. This places isn't worth that. Only reason it gets one star is because maintenance is always kind and sidewalks seem plowed most of the time.

  Updated 12/8: I have tried contacting 2B Residential corporate as they recommended and numerous times and have never received a response. They don't care about treating their tenants fairly. They only care about the ones who they like and Dante has admitted that to previously mentioned tenant. I have names, and proof of this, but nobody is addressing my concerns, so I will continue to deter anyone from this complex. Can't wait for our lease to be up. Outdated apartments and parking is horrible. Obvious favoritism between office staff and certain tenants. Multiple complaints have been filed with the complex and the property management company about issues and they go unanswered. On the lease agreement it states 2 pets per unit. They are knowingly allowing people to violate their lease, while not treating others with the same amount of leniency. There is a tenant there who has more than that, and brags about how she has never had to pay anything for any of them. She has said that she is one of the office favorites so she gets away with it while all other tenants have to pay the monthly fee and any required deposits. This specific complaint has been filed and ignored multiple times. It’s not fair to current residents. And to any prospective residents: become best friends with the office staff and sneak your animals in after you’re moved in and you’ll be fine. If one person can so can everybody else! Do better.

  Not really too sure how I feel about this place. Maintenance response pretty quickly. Sometimes they leave without fixing the problem and never come back. Trash is constantly piled up outside the bin. It starts on Saturday and is overwhelmingly full by Sunday. Parking is really awkward if there’s an event nearby at bar Louie good luck if you don’t have a garage. Online payments are pretty easy. packages never get delivered to your door and you’re forced to walk to the lease office. They did extend the pool which was nice. Dog park is always full of shit, they never have bags available. No one picks up after their dogs. You think rent would go to making this place function Updated: December: dog poop hasn’t been picked up in over a month in the public dog trashes are overflowing. 12 inches of snow and shoveling was 24 hours late, walk ways were blocked. Was cleared in 3 days. Trash still outside in massive pile

  Josh and Kenyon just finished restoring proper functioning to my downstairs toilet and master bed room blinds. They were courteous and professional. I am very pleased.
