  The home was nice and no complaints. Gorge town Clayton dealer was horrible dishonest and bad workmanship. Would not let them sell warranty or install my dog house . I should have let the lawyer handle the problems but I just got it taken care of and move on . But do not purchase from these guys !!! They do NOT care about the safety and health of your family after they are paid . Message me for details .

  Whitney was a wonderful sales woman. She helped the with everything through the whole process. Everyone there was also a great help too.

  I am buying a home from there as we speak. All I can say is run far away. This has been the worst experience in my life. I was lied to by the manager and told I could move in today November 24th 2025 so that we would be in before Thanksgiving. So I packed up all my house and threw out my furniture because I have new sitting in the home and now I get to have my Thanksgiving at cracker barrel instead of with family. Now I am being told another couple of weeks and I may be able to move. I closed on this place August 29th 2025 and was told it should be around 6 weeks and we could move in. The home was already on the lot and moved to our property fairly quickly but the rest of the process has been slow. Especially since it took the people doing the skirting 2 months to even get it put on. I am also gonna have to pay for hotel stay and storage because I informed my landlord we were moving on the 24th. This is ridiculous to put someone through especially with the holidays being so close. I have also had to pay the rent and stuff here plus utilities at the new place.

  Our salesman was very helpful. They are willing to do a lot to get you into a home.
