  Please don't rent here. I moved in and had a sunroof leak so every rain is had to get buckets out. It took almost a year to fix it. My ac unit was so undersized for the apartment it constantly froze. My electric bill in the summer was around 200. I asked for them to fix that. Took years and they just kept saying you are trying to keep it too cold try 78. The bedroom was always so hot I ended up purchasing a portal ac unit for the bedroom. Now the management staff I don't think answers the phone and if your voicemail doesn't include something about a new lease you will not receive a return phone call. The new internet they force you to get is constantly down. My neighbors were decent but having the weekly did you get your car broke in last night conversation was a foreshadowing. I was woke up to gunfire outside my bedroom window. Swat was at the complex every month before I left. I can't recommend looking elsewhere more.

  Really happy with my experience. The team here has been great! Super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond anytime something comes up. It’s nice living somewhere where the staff actually cares and treats residents well. The floorplans are awesome too. They’re really spacious and laid out in a way that just makes sense. It doesn’t feel cramped at all, and the extra space makes a big difference. Overall, it’s been a great place to live. If you’re looking for a community with good people and great layouts, Woodbridge is definitely worth checking out.
