- EEEvan1 day ago1.0I had been working with Donna in hopes to secure a specific unit. As instructed by Donna, I would not be able to apply for the house until Feb. 25th. I checked the website on the 24th and noticed the house was no longer listed for rent. I checked again at midnight going into the 25th and the morning of the 25th, but the house was still showing as unavailable. As I called to follow up, a different leasing agent answered and continued telling me I missed the house as it was first come first serve. When I explained the situation, she kept insinuating it was my fault as I did not apply in time even though I explained the house showed unavailable before it would let you apply online for it. Very disappointed with the management team and miscommunication.

If my story ever changes my circumstances i would hope and pray DM would have a home for me.
