  My husband and I finally decided it was time to upgrade from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house. I had been searching rental sites for over a year because it was certain things we were looking for in our future home that were non-negotiable. I got a notification from 1 of those sites that a new rental was available on a Wednesday and was doing a self tour by Friday. After walking through this well maintained house, I told my husband "This is my home". Jared walked us through the application process and made it very smooth and easy. Key pick up day and complete move in was a very smooth process. Jared answered all questions and offered solutions for small problems when they did arise. Even the maintenance crew is wonderful- very respectful, timely, and gets the job done the 1st time. We have been in this house for 3 months now and I can honestly say this is the 1st place that has felt like home since living in Indiana. Thank you to Jared and the entire Capital Property Management team ❤️.

  Being in property management myself, let me just say this experience has been amazing. Our owner sold our home and we were without a place to live. We were recommended by one of our friends to check out Capital. We hopped on the website and found a nice home with updated appliances and all around a beautiful home. We applied online and were approved. Within 24 hours Jared had called us and confirmed we were good to go. Payments are made easy through Appfolio and with this time crunch of a move they made it happen. Jared has answered all of our questions with ease and you feel cared for as a resident. Cannot wait to move in and make memories in this beautiful home. Thank you capital and thank you Jared for all of your help!

  Andrew and his team maintain their homes in great condition. I’ve worked with Andrew for many years and heard great things from tenants and I know our properties are well maintained which is very important to me for our tenants.
