  I do apologize for my prior review because I misunderstood everything! Sandcreek is a great place to live, and the apartment manager is the best when it comes to working with tenants. I believe that she and Avis genuinely care.

  A very comfortable place to call home! I lived here for 4.5 years and enjoyed everything about the complex. The area is mostly quiet. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Any issues/service/repairs were well communicated and resolved quickly.

  Amazing place to live. I have been here six years and can not name a thing that I would change. Maintenance is amazing. Office people are amazing. If I email them I have an answer in five minutes. Love my apartment. Love my neighbors. The grounds are always clean. Really appreciate everything they do.

  I have been a resident here for about 4 years now and have had a very positive experience the entire time. I have found the front office staff to be courteous and helpful. They respond quickly to any concerns that I may have. I have found that maintenance response is prompt and complete. I really appreciate the location of the apartments with its easy accessibility to the highway and all the nearby conveniences. GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME!!!
