- CDChris DollMar 15, 20245.0Daughter lived at Mission Viejo for 2 years and it was a very pleasant experience. Office staff was very courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Unit was in great shape at move in and the 2 bedroom unit was very spacious. Very nice selection of amenities for an apartment complex. The monthly newsletter is helpful and they have top notch seasonal decorations. Highly recommend.

She told us we could put a $100 deposit to reserve and if we didnt move in then we would get the money back. So we called them and told them we have to move back overseas and would not be able to move in. Another coworker "misty" said that what the manager said is not true and we will not get money back because the home was "off the market. That's funny because a few days ago they told us it wasn't even ready. So many lies! They can just give it to someone else. I hope the manager corrects this. If not they will probably keep getting 1 star.

The amenities and design is nice but if you don’t have to, l highly recommend not living on the bottom floor. One of the worst experiences, my neighbors sound like they are going to either fall through the ceiling or might as well be living in my apartment with me. I can hear every creak, footstep, and bang above me. Not to mention the loudest noises are in my bedroom with constant banging, it sounds like people are dropping full blown weights on the ground above me. Either the apartments are made very cheaply or my neighbors upstairs are obnoxiously loud. I can hear them talk, play music and even pee when I’m in my own bathroom. It’s ridiculous and not worth the money. I’m hoping when l move to one of their other locations that they are built better.
