  Living there was ok but when I moved out they took my entire security deposit of $598 and then charged me $237 on top of that. They replaced the entire carpet and charged me $700+ for it because one small spot was messed up. They then charged me $50 for some lint being in the water heater closet. This is a money hungry, not caring property. Security deposits are a scam and the company who owns this one is ridiculous. When I called to ask about it, the front office lady just said “it’s not my problem, I have pics.” We scrubbed the entire apartment floor to ceiling and patched every nail hole in the walls. The place was pristine. This apartment complex is ridiculous.

  My friend died there a few months back & the property manager lied to his grieving family about everything- telling them they needed to get his stuff out within days. Telling them they would be responsible for the rest of his lease (none of them were co-signers- the lease died with him). Harassing them. Not an ounce of compassion. I listened to the voicemails horrified. Do not rent from this place- they’re bad people 100%

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. My mother arrived with a packed car, movers, cable company on the way, utilities scheduled to be turned over, etc...and the property manager told her, when she arrived, that the apartment wasn't ready. NOT READY?! But...It "would be ready by 4pm" (she arrived at 11:30am) they say! Cute idea, however my mother took it upon herself to drive over to the apartment and found no one there working, the door unlocked, and the floors were concrete. This place will give the run-around and Kathy is as pleasant as the other reviews you will read here. Happy hunting....elsewhere.
