- GPGarrett ParkerOct 15, 20251.0Living there was ok but when I moved out they took my entire security deposit of $598 and then charged me $237 on top of that. They replaced the entire carpet and charged me $700+ for it because one small spot was messed up. They then charged me $50 for some lint being in the water heater closet. This is a money hungry, not caring property. Security deposits are a scam and the company who owns this one is ridiculous. When I called to ask about it, the front office lady just said “it’s not my problem, I have pics.” We scrubbed the entire apartment floor to ceiling and patched every nail hole in the walls. The place was pristine. This apartment complex is ridiculous.

Everywhere has their problems, but it’s mostly quiet and peaceful. Huge shoutout to Kathy and Alan. They are the best and have helped me so many times. All staff is great, but I’ve known them this long and they are always so helpful and supportive .Thank you both. Highly recommend to anyone, ignore the bad reviews and just be a good person/tenant.

- EFEmily FarrellMay 3, 20171.0I have lived here for two years. The apartment is decent but the management is very rude. I have been yelled at countless times and lied to by Management. Maintenance is fantastic and does what they can to help you out. The inside of the apartments are nice, but kind of dark. The outsides are nice if the lawn is mowed and the litter is picked up. Overall it's livable. I recently got the opportunity to move to Mission Viejo and I can't wait to leave.
