  This is our 6 years of living here and we love it! It’s so quiet so nice Carly, Emilia and the other blonde lady in the office have done so much to keep this place up! They take care you’re safe you have what you need and not having any issues they are going back and forth to keep this place one of the best in Columbus! Maintenance is sooooo responsible the first call i have made they are at the door before i hang up! We have lived to 5 different states before we got here and if i have to choose one of the safest for family and the nicest i would chose this place over and over again! Thank you guys for making us feel so comfortable living here! Note: We are family of 5 me my husband and 3 kids i would never replace this place even for the cheapest around!

  I discovered this apartment complex on Facebook Marketplace and toured the community today. I was really impressed! Kaitlyn and Emilia were extremely friendly and welcoming; they took the time to answer all my questions and give me a tour of the property. The renovated townhome looked beautiful and spacious, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The entire place felt inviting and well-managed. This was definitely one of the best tours I’ve experienced while apartment hunting!

  I’ve been living at Parkview Townhomes for almost a year, and it’s been such a great experience! The staff is friendly and has been quick with maintenance calls since they added more staff. The grounds are clean, the pool is always fun, and the neighbors are respectful. I especially love how quiet the area is and how close it is to my sons school. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe community!
