    I recently made Current 812 my new home! I am very happy with my view of the Ohio River ,pool, the Sky Terrace, the clubhouse and workout facilities!The management have been very supportive to any needs that I have! Like family! I enjoyed the pool party and Halloween party! I have scheduled to use the Sky Terrace for my family’s Thanksgiving!

    I have live here for over half my lease and I love this place. It does have its pros and cons though but for me it has more pros. Pros: Location ( being very close to everything I need) Garage space (it is an add on expense but worth it) The view (the view of Louisville and the river from my balcony is amazing) Cons: Parking (people have taken my parking space before, also not many parking options for friends depending on time) One bedroom is a little small for my liking I really do love living here and would renew my lease.
