  Late to appointments, management is constantly rotating people, gate never fixed. Hard to get in touch with people. Ai phone number is a joke!

  I’ve lived at Woodland Springs since 2015 and I can’t imagine renting anywhere else. I had actually put down a deposit somewhere else and it just didn’t “feel” right and I ended up changing my mind and I’m so glad I did! I lived in one of the apartments for almost four years and moved to a townhouse almost five years ago — you won’t find anywhere better in the area. The complex is definitely one of the older ones in the area but they are always looking to make upgrades where able and nothing feels or looks old. And the most important thing — the people who work here. Jacob and Nathan in maintenance are always great, and you may need to wait a couple of days if your garbage disposal isn’t working, but if something is truly wrong they are on top of it. Christy and Sara in the office are fabulous as well. Christy has been here the entire time I have been and she is the absolute most caring person you will find anywhere.

  WOW.. This community is awesome... Okay I can't say anything about living there yet, however the move in process and the process up until that point has been awesome to say the least. Misty and Nicole and two great people... They work hard to really make you feel like a part of the Woodland Springs Manor family and not just a dollar sign....Misty the Manager of the complex is incredible.. she walked through the whole unit and noted things on her inspection sheet I didn't even see and said to me "that it is not correct needs to be fixed" not many complex's even care... We are very excited to actually move in to Woodland Springs Manor this weekend and I would encourage anyone looking for a great place to live in Carmel, IN to come visit Misty or Nicole... They will make you feel like you have a "home" as well.... Will write another review once moved in but if we go by first impressions.... I also want to say that I think the owners of this complex have a great team in place so don't change a thing....

  This is a fantastic place to live. I have read the previous negative review and my experience here has been the complete opposite. I imagine the staff that the previous reviewer is referring to have been replaced as that review was from 2008. The current staff, Misty and Nicole, are the most friendly apartment management personnel that I have came across. Even going as far as hand written Holiday cards and being the very first engagement card my fiance and I received. And it is not for 'the show' - they are genuine and sincere. The grounds are kept up well and the apartment interiors are up to date as well. Lastly, the value is very good for the amount of square footage you receive. I would, and have, recommend Woodland Springs to a friend.
