  I’ve been here almost 6 months. I moved from Zionsville, the aria, where I did not have a good experience. I was very apprehensive about any move. But this team has superseded my expectations! Starting with the customer service and the proactive outreach. They are fantastic at follow up in a timely manner. The property looks fantastic all of the time! They do a good job of letting you know when they need to enter the property, when they will be out of the office and when there may be changes that affect the entire community. Very thankful for Choosing them. It’s a nice area. I’m happy so far.

  I have been a resident at the Retreat for 6 years and I have enjoyed it immensely. My apartment is lovely and overlooks a huge green space I call my backyard. Whenever there has been a maintenance situation, they are here immediately to correct it. The office staff is more than accommodating too. I plan to remain a satisfied resident for as long as possible.

  I have been a resident here for over 5 years. This community is located in the perfect area, near 465 and access to two main thoroughfares in Indianapolis. The units, pool, grounds, walking paths, closets, garages, and amazing staff are just to name a few of the incredible factors I love to call this place my home! You will love it.

  I couldn't recommend The Retreat enough! Friendly and professional staff, great location and amenities, and the apartments units are updated and in great condition.
