We have lived in two different units over the span of our two years here. We have loved every minute of it, and we really didn't want to leave. We are moving into a house! The office staff has always been so kind and lovely to work with. We never had any issues with our units whatsoever. They keep the grounds extremely tidy. Our neighbors were all very friendly. The pool and amenities were so nice to have. We always felt really safe, and as a young woman I say that with confidence. The location is so perfect, close to Carmel downtown and Nora shopping. Also, added perk of the walking trails right behind the complex. I did my research when moving to Carmel in spring 2024, so if you have been eyeing this place GO FOR IT! We loved our time here and cried when we left. We love you SOM!

Half a star is what it deserves.
Units are nice but poorly constructed.
Noise complaints go unresolved.
Heat and air hardly work in bedrooms.
Terrible lighting if you are on the ground floor. No natural sunlight until the sunset.
Only perk is the garage for extra storage and safe keeping of vehicle.
Washing machine hardly works sometimes.
Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from outside to your neighbor talking at in a normal volume.
The ceiling of unit is so thin it shakes when neighbors above walk. And if you have inconsiderate neighbors like I, you never get peace.
The 24 hr noise ordinance is a joke period.
The gym isn’t a gym. It’s a storage closet with some machines in it.
Some neighbors are nice but some look at you like you don't belong there.
The office and management doesn't take noise complaints seriously or they just don't believe you at all. They ask that when it is happening to go get them so they hear for themselves.
I've sent recording and played recordings of the noise and nothing was ever done.
The pool is small. And from my apartment I can hear EVERYTHING!
I’ve had to sleep with earplugs in to get a wink of sleep and as a person who lives alone, that is a safety problem.
Closet is not the nest size but the shelf to ceiling ratio is great if you want to stack containers.

Incredible place to live. Truly so grateful for all the help of the leasing office and the maintenance team! Would recommend this community to everyone.
