Let me assure you after our horrible experience building a home with Pulte I will never ever skip that step again. If you are here please take head to what others have experienced so you don't end up in the same position that we are in to today. Being pushed to the closing table for a home that appears to have been built by the cheapest day laborer they could find looking for work. The quality of our home is 1 out of 10. I have a 60...yes 60 page inspection report listing things that need to be redone in the house and we are about 12 days away from closing. Not sure why but I don't see an option to post pictures or upload the report here for you to see it. Kitchen cabinets are cracked and chipped tile grout looks like play dough spacing not correct roof has damaged shingles appliances not set properly nails sticking out terrible paint job twisted spindles that have holes in the wall on the stairs dented doors and crooked walls the list goes on and on. What should have been a very exciting time in our life has been a complete nightmare. We keep being told oh your home will be ready by closing. We don't trust that it will truly be up to the standards that one would expect when building a brand new home. We are seeking counsel from a real estate attorney. We are also trying to connect with the news reporter Raphael Sanchez the public needs to be warned!!

I have left several messages for the warranty line and written several emails. I am highly disappointed and deserve better quality service as I am paying a mortgage monthly.
