  I have only lived here since October but it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is extremely helpful and nice. The clubhouse is amazing and every month they have community gatherings. Its feels more like a friends and family community then just living in a complex. I have not had any issues with my apartment and I would definitely recommend Penn Circle to anyone.

  We’re coming up to the end of our lease, and looking back, this has been one of the most comfortable and well-run communities we’ve lived in. The apartment has felt like home from day one, and whenever something needed attention, maintenance showed up quickly. We had a rapid leak under the kitchen sink and even this was handled with the necessary urgency. The staff is also kind and put real efforts into hosting events for residents, which makes the community feel welcoming and lively. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed our time here and appreciate how well everything has been managed. ⭐️

  The staff here are wonderful and supportive. They are quick to help and answer questions. Maintenance occurs in a timely manner and I have enjoyed living here. The communal areas are clean and well kept. The apartments are nice and all have a patio or a balcony. The only issue is the pet screening website they use. I have 2 ESAs and getting them approved was a nightmare. It took several weeks and my doctor had to write 3 different letters before it was approved. Pet screening also tried to dig for personal medical information during the process and pressured for specific medical reasons for the ESAs. This was beyond stressful for me and I was having panic attacks trying to figure it out. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the usage of this horrible and predatory website. People with disabilities or medical conditions should not be put under scrutiny and stress to have the tools they need to feel comfortable. Overall, this is a good place to live just be aware if you have ESAs.
