A Step Ahead was a wonderful management company to live with! Every maintenance request or concern was answered promptly and consistently. The properties are well kept! We only moved out because we decided to buy! If we ever have to rent again, we would 100% look at a home with this company.

Chad is the best property manager we have ever had. For over 9 years, he has managed our rental unit. During that time, we never had to worry or had to intervene in the management of the unit.
He is proactive, takes care of problems quickly and communicates options and results. If you are looking for someone to take care of your property and eliminate the hassles of rental ownership, look no further!

If you're looking for an extremely smooth rental process from start to finish, I strongly recommend A Step Ahead Management! Lisa is great to work with, professionalism at it's best. She has also taken the time to reach out to me after I moved in to see how my move-in went. Lisa you are much appreciated! Lisa was amazing to work with. Just signed a lease with them today and she was very prompt in her responses to email and voice-mails. Can't wait to move in next weekend!!! (3/2022)
Update February 2023: re-signed for another year a couple of weeks ago! Rent didn't go up a penny (this will obviously depend on who the property owner is). Still have had nothing major go wrong and any maintenance request we have had has been promptly addressed and fixed in a timely manner.
Update April 2024: recently moved out and am not renting from ASAM any longer. The 2 years I lived there were great. Lisa, Chad, and the maintenance team always stayed on top of everything. The only problem we ever had (and one of the reasons, however not the main reason we moved out) was towards the end of our tenancy here the house really started to show its age. We had multiple electrical issues. The vendor they sent out said every time that the entire panel in the home just needed to be replaced, however it seems the owner of the property was keen on using the “not as expensive” option on fixing these things. However that is not A Step Ahead’s fault because they can only do to the home what the owner approves. Nonetheless, it was a great couple years living in the home. Thanks for a seamless move-in, tenancy, and move-out process!
