Cory and Makinna make a fantastic team as sales manager and project manager. They made the process seamless, thinking of everything before we did, and ready with answers to any questions we had. The process was smooth, there were virtually no surprises, and the house is outstanding. We are so blessed by this house and the process that brought us here.
- VDVannessa DowneyAug 16, 20241.0There are more cons than pros to buy here. The salesman are liars. The mortgage lenders rush you through the process. Once Tony, built the house (which he is the only one I would recommend to oversee that part) papers signed, everyone who was involved disappeared (even though they said we could contact them anytime for issues or questions) Between HOA, Heartland Mngt, and Harold at the warranty dept all pass the buck. "OH, that issue isn't fixed by us, contact so and so." Bottom line is NO ONE should be working for Ryan Homes or HOA. They are absolutely terrible at their jobs and don't take responsibility for anything. Finally, don't get me started on the lawn care company (Prestige) who does all the yard work. I'm just going to say 2 things about them: they need to learn and understand English, so we can communicate and the need training on how to use a lawn mower and a weed whacker. They tear up our house every time.

Frankly, we were able to build and have a brand new home for less money than buying an existing home. Everything is new with extended warranties and we can't be happier with our decision.
