  I love this place! Najai Baker was so very helpful she was very honest and usually you don't get that all leasing agents just want to sell and make money off of you. She actually gave us tax advice as well. We will be applying and looking forward to being apart of the community.

  We’ve put in 3 requests to have our AC fixed, and it’s still unresolved. The latest request approaching a week ago and it’s still “in progress” yet nothing has been done. It’s 80° outside. Communication has been limited, and oversll very frustrating

  My husband and I had a bad experience with the application process. Our tour was unprofessional. I remember starting the application with husband's information, then the email being sent to me to finish it with my information as the second person. Yet, somehow the application showed me as head of household. So they never took any of my husband's information into account seeing he was the only one who brought in income. Not only that, but they also denied it because of a felony record of 18 years ago. Mind you, we never had issues renting anywhere else until this situation despite my husband living right since then. To me the whole process was shady, unprofessional, discriminatory, and skeptical. Then receiving emails from another employee to still apply without knowing this happened. Later received another email welcoming us to the apartment community and feeling out a pet screening. I just ignored it and moved on. The whole thing is just weird, and I hope the owner evaluate the employees running their business. Seeing other reviews of shady fees, mean staff, trash issues, and pest issues, I should have believed it. I see why they are rated 3.8 stars now. And the fact corporate doesn't know about this is even crazier.

  I wouldn’t recommend these apartments. I went there a couple weeks ago to find a new place. Went there twice on a Wednesday in middle of the day and no one was in the office. Finally got someone to speak with, but they were very dismissive. I talked to Brittany, I think. Left there a little frustrated with everything. Just not very professional, I suppose.

  So my 2017 Lexus RX350 F-sport SUV got stolen from this apartment today 04/02/2026. I had reported to the police and I only innocently just wanted to sensitize the community on the internal app on the need for the residents to be more security conscious and nothing more. I composed a direct message for the community, then I got a call from their front office in few minutes, that the picture of the car I was trying to upload has my license plate showing, which they feel means giving too much personal information to the public and isn’t safe, as such they wouldn’t be posting it. I then reposted a picture without the license plate showing and they still denied posting it. The big question is “What are they hiding”
