  I have been living in this apartment for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It truly feels like home. Management is professional, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. Any maintenance request I’ve had was handled promptly and with care, which I really appreciate. The community is peaceful, safe, and friendly, making it a great place to live. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, work, and essential services. Overall, I am very satisfied with my time here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

  I spoke with Najay on the phone and she set up a tour for my daughter. She loved the apartment and Najay is super friendly and communicative she didn’t make it feel awkward she really makes it an experience. My daughter and her family are applying can’t wait to visit!

  Absolutely horrendous apartment complex :) first year and a half was perfect, a normal apartment experience for my boyfriend and I, and then it went down hill. Our neighbor constantly smoked weed that then seeped into our closet and bathroom via the vent. Complained about it to the office and they said they knocked, he said it wasn’t him, and that they couldn’t prove it was him, even though the hallway consistently smelled like weed and got stronger right in front of his door. He also threw chicken wings off his patio, landing in the parking lot and onto cars, including my own. While dealing with that, our last 7 months we dealt with a German roach problem, though not an infestation. We had our own pest control come out and treat our apartment and confirm that we were not the source of the infestation. had them contact the office to let them know there was an infestation in another apartment and that the entire suite needed to be treated. They did absolutely nothing. I dealt with severe panic attacks and contamination anxiety due to living at LaCabreah that I still deal with after moving away months later. This apartment complex also charges (as of our lease) $4500 in order to break your lease!! The maintenance guys were the nicest though, I’m just sorry they have to work for a complex as disgusting as this one.
