  Had a tour with Najai today she is so sweet. Me and my wife couldn’t stop laughing the whole time we look forward to moving back here. We lived here once before and the staff barely smiled. So it was definitely a pleasure being back and the apartments are nicer than I remember

  Staff Najai Barker will speak to you like you're a child. She pretends to be professional at first until you sign that lease. She doesn't take the time to speak to anyone before she starts being rude and dismissive. I Live there for 18 months. 2023/2026. Toward the end they had a "new policy" to which you had to fix any issues you had at that place. Ceiling fan came off and I was told, they don't fix that. The increase in rates is ridiculous. You don't have full access to the amenities that you actually pay for. They control things as they pleased like, closing the pool in the summer. Limiting access to the gym or clubhouse. they will also delete any bad reviews to make the apartment look good.

  New to the community. Good communication overall - my apartment definitely wasnt cleaned well before move in and many issues, they are fixing them fairly quickly though and were apologetic.

  I have been living in this apartment for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It truly feels like home. Management is professional, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I have a question or need assistance. Any maintenance request I’ve had was handled promptly and with care, which I really appreciate. The community is peaceful, safe, and friendly, making it a great place to live. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, work, and essential services. Overall, I am very satisfied with my time here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

  I spoke with Najay on the phone and she set up a tour for my daughter. She loved the apartment and Najay is super friendly and communicative she didn’t make it feel awkward she really makes it an experience. My daughter and her family are applying can’t wait to visit!
