    I love this property!! There are consistent shuttles to and from Indiana University. The apartments are townhomes and are huge compared to most of the other options in Bloomington. This is an amazing student housing option for IU students.

    Where do i even begin? Just two weeks ago, Mr. Joseph Lashbrook, aka Mr. Risk, aka future VP, helped me solve an issue related to a fire in my apartment, and I am so grateful for his wisdom and expertise at the Dillon. His charisma brings life to the Dillon, and I plan on resigning because of how helpful and supportive he is at the front desk. I’m shocked he hasn’t been promoted yet with how amazing he is. Thank you for all you do Joe, and keep being you!
